| My hourly rate to research World War II records is $65.00 and that INCLUDES digital scans. I have a high speed scanner and scan 150- 250 pages/hour (stapled documents take more time). I have been researching records since 1998 and provide quality service to my clients. Most researchers charge their hourly rate AND add $.25 or more per page for photocopies. If you order records from the National Archives, they charge $.75 per photocopy. They don't have time to do your research and will quote how much it will cost to copy an entire file (that's everything in the file including duplicate files). I upload the scans within two days of payment and you can download them and print them on any laser jet printer. HOURLY RATE PROJECTS:
